- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My son is 2 years old and when we first started going to Springfield pediatrics I really liked it. In the past year it has gone abruptly down hill. The bilinh dept has no idea what they are doing and if you need to automatic debit a payment forget it. They'll call u every month and tell u it didn't go through no matter how many times u call they call back every month. They have also hired a new doctor that doesn't handle children well. He scared my son BC he kept getting 2 inches away from his face to talk to him a d my son is scared of strangers. I'll be looking for a new pediatrician.May 14, 2017by Courtney Martinek
